Application Process

Becoming a member of the Chovken Federation is a simple and structured process designed to welcome athletes, clubs, and organizations into the official Chovken community.

Step 1: Complete the Membership Application Form

  • Download or fill out the official membership application form via our website.
  • Select your membership category (Individual, Club, National Federation, etc.).
  • Provide accurate and complete personal or organizational information.

Step 2: Prepare Supporting Documents

  • Submit required documents such as:
    • Proof of identity (passport or ID card)
    • Proof of address or organizational registration
    • Sports qualifications or experience (if applicable)

Step 3: Submit Your Application

  • Send the completed form and documents via email or through the official online submission portal.
  • Ensure all attachments are clear, legible, and in the required format (PDF, JPEG, etc.).

Step 4: Pay the Membership Fee

  • Upon confirmation of eligibility, you will receive payment instructions.
  • Membership fees vary based on category and country of origin.
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer, online gateway, or through authorized national representatives.

Step 5: Review & Approval

  • The Chovken Federation will review your application within 10–15 working days.
  • You may be contacted for additional clarification or documents if needed.

Step 6: Receive Confirmation & Membership Certificate

  • Once approved, you will receive an official confirmation letter and digital membership certificate.
  • Your name or organization will be added to the official member registry.
