A Transparent and Democratic Process
All membership applications are first reviewed by the ICF Executive Committee and then submitted for voting at the General Assembly — the Federation’s highest governing body.
Every vote carries equal weight, and new members are only accepted with full approval of the international Chovken community. This ensures transparency, accountability, and a democratic spirit that reflects the values of the sport itself.
