Terms and Conditions

By registering for and participating in ICF events, you (“Participant”) agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Compliance with Rules

• Comply with all rules, regulations, and guidelines established by the ICF.
• Failure to comply may result in disqualification or other disciplinary action.

2. Eligibility

• Meet all eligibility requirements, including age, nationality, and membership criteria.
• Ensure all registration information is accurate and truthful.

3. Risk Acknowledgment

• Participation involves inherent risks, including physical injury or property damage.
• The Participant accepts all risks and agrees to act responsibly and follow safety instructions.

4. Liability Waiver

• The ICF, affiliates, sponsors, and organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage.
• The Participant agrees to release and hold harmless the ICF from any claims or legal actions.

5. Media and Image Rights

• The Participant grants ICF the right to use photographs and videos for promotional purposes.
• No compensation will be provided for media usage.

6. Data Protection

• Personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
• Data will only be used for event management, communication, and compliance purposes.

7. Disciplinary Measures

• ICF may take disciplinary action for rule violations or misconduct.
• Actions may include warnings, fines, suspension, or disqualification.

8. Governing Law

• Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ICF operations.
• Disputes will be resolved according to ICF procedures.

9. Acceptance

• By registering or participating, the Participant acknowledges reading, understanding, and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
